Growing up on a hobby farm in Sydenham, I learned from an early age that a good community turns a house into a home. Kingston, Ontario has so many great communities; I love being able to share each of them with my clients, finding the perfect fit for their future needs. My television personality and business background separates us from others, keeping our marketing strategies and video production ahead of the curve. My top priority is ensuring my clients walk away from the experience with a success story and a home they love.

In my spare time, I love to design and renovate homes, enjoy patio drinks with friends, and go for hikes with my dog, Cedar.

Born and raised in Kingston, Matt has always had a deep love for the Limestone City. It took a decade away from the city for him to realize he never quite felt at home anywhere else. After finishing his undergrad at U of Guelph for hospitality, Matt flew West and managed many large corporate chain hotels in Calgary. With his years of knowledge helping customers find their home away from home, he has settled back into his hometown of Kingston and looks to assist you in your real estate future. I am an avid sports fan and I enjoy golf in particular.  In my spare time I can be found shooting a round of golf at one of our fantastic local courses. Thank you for taking a moment to learn a little about me.  I was born and raised in Kingston, and attended St. Thomas Moore Elementary and Regiopolis-Notre Dame Secondary School before studying at Queens University and Algonquin College.  Aside from the 2 years in Ottawa, I have spent my entire life living in Kingston, and have loved every minute of it.  Our city has so much to offer and has a friendly, welcoming attitude that is difficult to not enjoy. Growing up I was immersed in hockey, playing 12 months a year and dragging my parents across the province with me.  I played for local teams, with the Greater Kingston Frontenacs and the Kingston Voyageurs, winding down my competitive career with the Amherstview Jets.  Today, the pace is much more reasonable, playing a weekly pick-up game with friends. Somehow living in the middle of the city, I managed to become an avid outdoors-man and enjoy hiking, but most importantly fishing.  When not at work,  I spend as much free time as I can on the water trying to find a trophy fish.  In the summers, I tournament fish for bass with my fishing partner, but am still looking for that first big tournament win.  Even if I am not catching fish, a day on the water is much better than sitting at home watching TV.

All of my life experiences have lead me to Real Estate and being a Sales Representative. This career choice fits my personality well, and together with Marco, we have created a team that is focused on the client’s needs at all times. My focus from day one has been to provide top notch service to my clients and make sure they are happy and comfortable with every step of the Real Estate journey.

Growing up in Belleville/Prince Edward County, with parents as realtors, my childhood was spent; tagging along at open houses and building or moving into 10 different homes. This early exposure to real estate sparked a strong passion. After graduating in 2020, I’ve spent my time managing a golf course restaurant, planning weddings, and working for a couple of breweries. After I moved to the beautiful city of Kingston in 2022, I was lucky enough to meet such an amazing team of real estate agents.
