Katie was a true gem! We were from out of town, so appointments were needed on a timeline and Katie really made it easy and smooth.
She was very attentive to details, and perceptive to what we were looking for. Turnaround time of our lengthy list of questions was amazing. What we truly appreciated was the extra mile she went for us. Being from out of town, we couldn’t attend one of the inspections or our final walk through, and without being asked, Katie stepped up without hesitation. Wow…where do we begin!

We have been looking for a home in a specific area for the last few years. While we were at the airport for a trip to Europe, we received a phone call stating a house would be on the market the next day.
We quickly called Mike Cote stating we were out of country for a few weeks and would like for him to arrange a viewing of the home with my sister. It was arranged for the following morning and we put in an offer from overseas.
The process was not easy as during this time I lost my phone which made communication much more difficult.

Mike, Christina and his team brought it all together while we were overseas and communicating with a five hour time zone difference. From finalizing the offer, to going into our home and putting our home on the market within two days, getting agents in to view our home, providing two open houses, contacting our lawyer, communicating with our daughter and sisters who live in Kingston, communicating with us almost daily to keep us in the loop, and most importantly selling our home within a week of our return home.
Who says you need to be present to buy a home? Not with Mike Cote on your side. He laughs when I call him a magician but he really is!

Not only can Mike, Christina and his team make things happen but they do so with such kindness, integrity, and professionalism. They are a force to be reckoned with.
We thank them all for allowing us to find our retirement home. We move in to our new home in two weeks and are very excited.
